I would not recommend anyone ever rent from this person. After I DID NOT break the lease in any way she refused to return my deposit. It took me a month to get her to admit she even owed me money and even then she tried to get off as cheap as possible. After she finally realized I was going to get my deposit back in court anyway she decided to get me my deposit back, after she took longer than her lease gave her. She doesn't check messages further pushing the process back. Even then she screwed me out of part of my deposit without ever bringing it up through out many phone calls. DO NOT RENT FROM!!!

Bonnie is very good at what she does. She is the most patient and sweet lady I have ever met! She will look out for her clients and she is just so much fun to look at houses with! I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!
