RNC buy a previous house with Mark A Olberts and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Our company has received THREE appraisals in the past few months - all purchase money - all short by about $1,000 on value. These are on purchase prices of about $95 - $100K as well. Therefore, this guy is doing nothing but being an arrogant jerk, to think he is THAT good at a purchase value. Pompous is what I call it.
