Former Tenant buy a previous house with Bob P Fredericks and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Don't ever rent from Bob. He doesn't fix things when they break, and he goes after ridiculous damages after you have left. He is impossible to get a hold of, but of course when it benefits him he may answer. What a jerk! Peoria renters beware!!!
