I just received a letter stating that my comments on this site are libelous, but that would imply that my statements were false at the time I made them, and they were completely true. Since I am offered no way to revise/remove them I guess an update will have to do. Well...I did get the deadbolts after over 3 weeks of not being able to leave the apartment unoccupied. The dryer still isn't working. I still do not have enough screens for the windows (not including the 2 with air conditioners). A nightmare might have been an exagerration, but not very responsive would be very accurate.

I rented an apartment 2 wks ago from Shula Laiser. I currently do not have screens for all of my windows, no deadbolts and the dryer has been broken since I moved in with no ETA on repairs. This woman actually asked me how many of my son's friends were in my apartment and then asked me if they could meet elsewhere. What?!? She has no respect or consideration for her tenants. Considering that she is a broker, I would expect her to realize that I have a right to privacy and this behavior will not be tolerated. Other tenants have informed me that she doesn't do snow removal at the property, but she was nice enough to drop off snow shovels?!?
