Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Buying or selling real estate can be very stressful. I try to make it a "non-stressful" event. I understand the whole process and my goal is to make it the best experience possible.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The market is in a constant change, and there are always new challenges to compete with. Continued movement forward is the only way to go.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I am a firm believer in St. Joseph as a mediator in helping sell homes. I suggested to a "non-believer" client to try St. Joseph, which in turn allowed me to do my thing. One week later, we received a contract. BELIEVE!!!
What is your best characteristic?
I never push anyone to buy or sell something they don't want. Afterall, they have to live in it, not me. I treat people like I would like to be treated.
Who or what inspires you the most?
Good Attitude inspires me.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Don't complain about it, just do it!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Where ever my family wants to be. They are what matters to me the most.
