- Advising clients that short sales and foreclosures are not always the best value.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I believe there is a house out there for everybody that is meant to be for them. Prime example: One couple that was dealing with a limited amount of money, could not find the perfect house, so they decided to find one that “would do”. They lost house after house when placing an offer for one reason or another. They were about to give up when they came across the house they ended up buying. They realized that they would not have found the home that they love so much if they did not go through losing out on the other homes.

- I am very dedicated to my profession. I am very proud to be a Realtor.

- My clients inspire me.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Be yourself. Visualize what you want. Believe in yourself and your desire to make your dreams a reality. Always have goals.

- Hawaii. I am in awe of the land's beauty.
