Tony buy a previous house with Sam Zitella and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
To live yes, to invest no. These units look like average apartments touched up to give an impressive image. The communities built by Zitella are are nice, but nothing special. In a slowing housing market it's likely to direct attention to a better solution or wait until discounts are provided.
