- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- It may sound cliche' but I love working with people and helping them either find their new home or help them move to their next home by marketing and selling their current home. I especially enjoy first time homebuyers and serving a family's particular needs.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The current mortgage problems have really hurt our industry. Buyers MUST be pre-qualified before going out into the market for the first time. Knowledge is power and finding our your buying power is of utmost improtance right now.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I have several client success stories I could talk about but I think the most interesting moment in my career was when I had a Ford Explorer several years ago and the Firestone tires had been re-called the day before. I was out with a brand new buyer client transferring in from out of state and one of my re-called tires fell apart on me with my clients in the car, I was very embarrased and glad we did not have a wreck. But my clients were very cool about it. We got a tow back to the office, got their car and kept on going!

- Integrity is THE most important quality I can think of. I will provide you with my honest opinion and I will admit when I am either wrong or I don't know the answer to your question. Fortunately, I work in an amazing company (Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage) where there is someone, somewhere who will be able to help me help you.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- When someone is thrilled with their home purchase, it makes my day!
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Don't sweat the small stuff!
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I have to admit, I would love a home on the ocean but I would keep my Naperville home!
