I have never been so insulted and disrespected by someone who calls herself a professional. Have never worked with an agent who raised her voice to a client because the agent did not agree with the client. I wanted to cancel because the agent did not produce results. But according to Jennifer Conte, an agent does not have to produce results. If you still need convincing and are still considering working with Jennifer Conte, do not sign more than a 3 month contract with Jennifer Conte, if she even allows such a short contract.

Totally unhappy with Rose Pagonis. She has a 7 and 15 theory (after 7 showings a 2nd showing, after 15 showings an offer), totally failed by at least double. First she clearly stated and admitted to stating that we can get out of the contract anytime we want, then when we want to get out she changed her mind. I repeat, she clearly stated we can terminate the contract anytime, and admitted to stating this, and then still refused to cancel the contract. We felt completely betrayed by her. There is a reason she does not accept 3 month contracts. Once you sign she knows she can take advantage of you. Highly do not recommend. Terrible experience. Huge regret.

This case is a textbook example of what may happen if a non-circumvent agreement is NOT put in place when a private RE investor works with a Realtor on a foreclosing property. In early 2007, a desperate homeowner, mere weeks away from foreclosure, contacted my team. During the initial interview, Margaret Packo was present and stated that she was there to "protect" her client. Now, mind you, she had been unable to assist him up to this point- a sheriff sale date had been set and she had no buyer. Our team, acting in good faith, agreed to attempt to stop the foreclosure proceedings, while allowing Ms. Placko to remain on the team. We were successful in negotiating a short sale, and Ms, Placko was told that she may lower the price to 140K. She was then able to attract a buyer but proceeded to circumvent our team by hiring an attorney to finish up the deal. We attempted to reason with her as well as with her broker to no avail. Her actions were unethical and cruel..

He concentrated on attracting individuals that would appreciate a cl****ic home and who would know that a home like mine needs TLC.
