- We enjoy meeting new people and seeing how happy they are when they find the perfect home. We say that in real estate, each day is different and that is what we enjoy.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Helping a homeowner find a home is relatively easy, especially if you listen to their needs carefully and know your market. But on the flipside, helping a family in need of selling a home can be difficult. You have to have your finger on the pulse of an ever changing market and be sure to not only price the home correctly, but market it well so potential buyers will find it to be appealing. But like any challenge, once you've been successful at overcoming the challenge and getting your clients home sold, it's very rewarding.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- Well, there are many stories in real estate. So many that my clients and friends say I should write a book. But I would say one of my biggest success stories is helping a "special needs" organization find a home. It was difficult because their requirements were not easy based on their budget. We searched high and low for over a year until we found just the right home for them. The look on their faces will last a lifetime.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I'm an optimist. In this business things can go wrong at a drop of a hat. You're dealing with people's emotions and it's up to you to keep calm, be optimistic about the situation at hand and be able to deal with it to get it done for your clients.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- Our two boys, Josh and Logan. They are both the reason why we got into this business.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- To always put yourself in your clients shoes and try to do what you would want someone to do for you.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- There are so many spectacular places in the world but I would honestly have to say it's anywhere my family is. Nothing in this world means more.
