- I get huge satisfaction from being able to help people find a home they love or to be able to move on from a home they loved. The look on their faces is priceless. Plus, it's an added benefit that I love to look at homes. :) The different architecture, building materials, design ideas, etc., is fascinating.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Probably the most challenging issue right now is helping buyers understand that homeownership is still the single biggest wealth generator. It may not seem like it but, it is still the best investment.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- One of my most recent success stories is listing and selling (in less than a month) a client's home for MORE than a competing agent's list price. Market knowledge is key and not having it can cost both sellers and buyers money.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Being able to hear the intent behind the words. It helps to find my client's wants and needs and it helps in the negotiations.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My daughter inspires me the most because she helps me see the world through new eyes. I love her perspective!
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- My very first boss ever once told me, "Never assume." I think you know the rest of that statement.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I haven't found a place I'd want to live more than right here in Naperville. At least, not yet. I still love the change of seasons and the cold isn't bad enough to make me move yet!
