unhappy buy a previous house with Kimberly M Wirtz Prince and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Clueless of her job. Over priced our home after I told her the price would not get any buyers. Had an open house, nobody showed. Not even her. She sent somebody from her office. Hardly get any feedback after a showing let a lone a phone call. Pick another agent or sell buy owner. You can't do any worse!!! Needless to say she did not sell my home. I would have been happy with a few showings.

Buyer/seller beware! Jennifer is conniving and selfish! She's don't care about you or your family. She only cares about money and the quickest way to take it from you! Don't call her!
