- there are many challenges we face as real estate professionals, but I think that the primary challenge is staying abreast of the fast changing market place and keeping up with new technology.

- Every time a customer buys a home is a success story. I tell my buyer clients that owning a home is the best investment they can make. My wife and I bought our first home when we were just 22 years old. We Paid $20,000. We recently saw it on the market for $565,000.

- Listening to my customers real estate needs and desires. Then helping them attain them.
