I found working with this couple very frustrating. They never seemed to know anything about my property when I would call. They posted the property without any pictures or without any description. They were misinformed about the rules my lender has about short sales and deed in lieu. They're lawyer, who they refer to, was absolutely no help. I was able to get ahold of them via phone and received a number of one sentence e-mails from Iva. They were very not helpful and I was better off in the end just talking to the bank myself. Do not use these realtors.

I had nothing but problems with Iva and Marc. I cancelled my contract with them this week after Iva lied to me again about "not receiving feedback" from other agents (all of whom told me otherwise). They simply slapped my listing on the MLS with a previous realtor's description, photos I took, incorrect info, no sign/brochures for the house, NOTHING. They even lied to me about sending my documents to the bank last Fall - I just found out last week that they didn't. Had a contract from a buyer, but they failed to disclose an SA tax (lied) on the contract, which I would not sign with the incorrect information. Subsequently lost the weak contract. Completely unprofessional and rude. Have heard the same from others. Stay away from these two.

I worked with Marc and his wife Iva. They are very knowledgeable. They are always on top of things. What I found great, was there communication with me. I would call and either I could get an answer right away, or if it was complicated, and Marc wasn't in the office, he would call me back in an hour. Thanks Marc & Iva
