A Great Experience

My husband & I just finished selling our home of 17 years and closing on a new place. Caryl was our realtor & did a wonderful job for us. Most important on our list of what a good realtor should be is someone who is able to communicate honestly and in a practical manner. We wanted hear what was really going on in this market and what we could do to make our house saleable. We had 2 offers within 4 weeks after our house went on the market. The 2nd offer was higher than what we hoped for. Those purchasers couldn't find a buyer for their home so consequently our home went back on the market. Within 3 weeks we had another offer, same price & the deal was completed. On the purchasing side of our transaction Caryl spent hours with us finding the right home. What most impressed us was the absolute attention to detail & how quickly issues were resolved. We never had to ask twice. That adds up to a very honest and competent professional. Thanks Caryl!
