"My husband & I just finished selling our home of 17 years and closing on a new place. Caryl was our realtor & did a wonderful job for us. Most important on our list of what a good realtor should be is someone who is able to communicate honestly and in a practical manner. We wanted hear what was really going on in this market and what we could do to make our house saleable. We had 2 offers within 4 weeks after our house went on the market. The 2nd offer was higher than what we hoped for. Those purchasers couldn't find a buyer for their home so consequently our home went back on the market. Within 3 weeks we had another offer, same price & the deal was completed.
On the purchasing side of our transaction Caryl spent hours with us finding the right home. What most impressed us was the absolute attention to detail & how quickly issues were resolved. We never had to ask twice.

Being a real estate agent is a very enjoyable job. When you have a buyer that finds their dream home and you are able to negotiate a price that is attractive for the buyer you have won the day!

Sellers still feel their home is worth more than it really is. We are constantly educating the seller to be realistic.
