My husband & I just finished selling our home of 17 years and closing on a new place. Caryl was our realtor & did a wonderful job for us. This agent will do anything for a sale. She is desperate and will lie to your face. Be careful. I have heard this also from colleagues of hers. I wish I would have known this before.
