The work Michael did for us was just incredible. When my family decided to switch the listing of our parents home to another broker, we contacted Michael and listed the home. We were especially critical since the home was listed for 4 months prior with absolutely no results. Michael's professionalism, eager-to-please attitude was just what we needed. He was extremely honest, up-front, and helpful when it came to maximizing our return on the sale. He helped us from start to finish explaining exactly what we needed to do to get the place sold! Wayne gave my brother (his brother in law) really poor advice regarding the sale of my father's house. It was left in trust to my brother and sister. Wayne helped force the house into foreclosure. He also claims to be an attorney and a further check on him has him listed as minister. Weird and creepy.
