- Average sale price in our area is 54,000.00.
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I enjoy being a real estate agent because I enjoy helping people realize their dreams of home ownership. I especially like working with people who have been renting and showing them how to become home owners and investing into their future.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The most challenging issue we face is to make sure my clients understand all the different loan programs available to them, so they can make the right choice in what suits them best in their mortgage financing.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I had a young couple call me looking for a rental. They had both graduated from college and thought since they had just both gotten full time jobs and had not had a very long employment history that they would have to rent. They did not realize that time in college counted and that they could qualify for a mortgage loan. We talked about what type of loan they may be looking for, I gave them a list of lenders. They talked with them and decided on who they would use for a lender and they bought their first starter home with a payment cheaper than what they would have paid to rent a home. They were thrilled and I was thrilled to be able to have helped them.
- What is your best characteristic?
- My best characteristic is my understanding of people's needs and not pressuring them. Many times it takes awhile for people to find what they are looking for in a home. I keep in contact with them weekly to let them know of new listings and have patience with them and they have told me how much they appreciate being treated this way. When people find what they are looking for...they will buy it.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- I think the two people that inspired me the most was my dad and my mom. They were both good people who always taught me to do my best at everything I undertook and to treat everyone with the respect and honesty that I would want from them and to always offer a helping hand to those who cross my path in life. Whatever god given gifts we have are to be shared to help each other.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Whatever knowledge and wisdom we attain is to be shared with everyone who wants to listen. And to be positive in life in our thinking and our doing because everything we think and speak, we will be.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- On an island somewhere where life is slower and less hectic and you can take the time to really enjoy and appreciate daily, the real beauty of life on this earth and spend more time getting to know and enjoy people who cross your path each day.
