We reached out to LaNita after about 5 or 6 months trying to get a Realtor to sell us a house. I was about 6 months pregnant with my first child and we were living in an apartment that would not accommodate the blessing our family was about to receive. We were under a lot of pressure. What a nightmare this was. We had one buyer walk after 2 months but LaNita smartly relisted and within days had a 2nd offer and we closed a little over 2 months. I recently rented a home in Joliet, IL from Dan and many times he did not hold up his end of the bargain and when we moved out he took advantage of us as first time renters. A couple months into winter we found out we were paying the people below us gas bill, since there was one for the 2 unti house. When we called Dan to cpmplain he said we would have to collect money from them. Also when moving out less than one quarter of our security deposit was returned, and not for valid reasons. 500 dollars worth of cleaning costs were taken out for a house that was thoroughly cleaned the day we moved out. Dan will look for anyway he can to keep money from you and we found him to be a two faced shady landlord.
