Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love being a REALTOR and serving both clients who wish to sell their home as well as buyers. I consider it a privelege to meet so many wonderful people working in this industry.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The current economic client has increased the number of people who are unable to retain their homes. As a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) I can help advise homeowners on the options they have available.

I love that I have helped so many first time buyers find their first home. One of my recent clients was a first year teacher who did not even have a bank account yet in his own name. I helped educate him about the homebuying process and we successfully closed on a great home!
What is your best characteristic?
I love to learn! I stay current in the real estate trends and changes occuring in my market area and read everthing I think will be beneficial to me in serving my clients and friends.
Who or what inspires you the most?
I am inspried by people who have to overcome obstacles and hardships and still succed in their business and personal life. It reminds me every day to be grateful!
What is the best advice you ever received?
A Life worth Living must be Full of Love and Giving. We must share our blessings with others!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I love the warm weather so I would love to live in the South Carolina or Florida near the beautiful beaches!
