- There isn't really any issue. It all has to do with how confident you are about yourself and your marketplace to provide quality transactions at all times.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- When I first started this carrier, I had the opportunity to represent a buyer on the purchase of her property. I kind of felt nervous, obviously my first transaction, but I always gave the best of me and search every little spot for information in order to sound and look professional and knowledgeable and not only she purchased the property she wanted, but she was a very satisfied client because of the extra intention of providing as much information as possible and be present at all times to answer all of her questions. It wasn't easy, trust me. I felt very nervous and I wasn't too sure of what the result was gonna be, but after that experience I learned that as long as you trust yourself and try as much as possible to provide quality service, you will be succesfull because customers do not always look for the years of experience, they mostly look for the honest, loyal and trustful agent who is willing to represent them the best way possible to protect their interests.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Being bilingual - English/Spanish and always working to protect every single one of my client's interests.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- Myself. I was a first-time buyer once before and even though to me was a great transaction, but the fear the first-time buyers feel and not being knowledgeable at all makes the transaction terrifying and a buyer should never feel this way. They should feel protected by their agent and confident that the purchase will be fantastic!
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Always put myself in the clients' position to understand exactly how it feels to be on the other side of the picture.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- This country. I love this country!!
