Do Not Use This Agent

If you are buying a home, here are some reasons not to use Betty Spiller: 1. She will tell the sellers' agent what your price ceiling is, cutting off your ability to negotiate and ensuring that you will not buy the house for less than the most you want to spend. 2. She will set you up with an inspector that she recommends, who will then severely undervalue any upgrades that you want done the home, thereby making the purchase of the home more appealing to you. 3. She does not provide you with information unless you press her for it. 4. She does not fight for what you want with the sellers' agent. 5. In short, she shows little interest in getting you in the home at a low price because, really, neither she, nor the seller, nor the sellers' agent benefit from the house being sold at a low price.
