- It really varies depending on how new the area is (there is still new construction available), and a
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I love all of the various Clients that we serve. Every home purchase or sale is different in its own way. We receive 80 - 90% of our business from referrals from past Clients, so this is a testament to how well we take care of each Client individually.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Other Agents who don't take the time to understand their Clients needs and then don't negotiate appropriately which can jeopardize any transaction. Some Agents also are not very professional and they don't think about how this reflects on the industry as a whole.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- When my husband, Alex, and I started our own Agency because we knew we could do it better than our competitors.
- What is your best characteristic?
- In every situation, I look to see what I can improve and do better the next time. I'm always looking forward and not letting the past hold me back.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- Our other Agents who work so hard to instill the R.E.I.T. Homes' values.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Don't waste energy on negative things or on negative people. They will hold you back. If you focus on the lessons in any situation and continue moving forward, everything works out better than you could every plan or hope for.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- IL - because that is where our family and friends are. I would love to have vacation homes in New Hampshire, Hawaii, and Greece someday, too!
