unprofessional and disrespectful - RR
RR bought a home and would not recommend using Helen for your home purchase.

"The reviews about her staff are correct (they are attentive and prompt), however, we had a horrible experience working with Helen. Her unprofessional demeanor in numerous occasions were very upsetting and did not help the buying process along at all. We were fed many lies and did not help us at all when working with a builder on a new construction condo. We recommend using a different agent if possible, and be cautious when deciding to use her as your agent. We were under the impression that she was only looking out for herself, and did not mention a single note of congratulations upon buying the property (aren't agents supposed to send a gift basket or bottle of wine after the transaction is complete and they pocket the big money off the sale?). Bottom line: avoid Helen at all costs."

Her staff was always available and and along with Helen communicated with me throughout the whole transaction. I paid Helen the same commision I would have paid anywhere else and I recieved literally triple the amount of marketing and advertising for my home. I highly recommend Helen Oliveri and her team to anyone who is serious about selling their home."
