- I love the direct contact with my clients. I strongly believe in customer service at its best and I have been told by my clients to be a good communicator and great negotiator in the best interest of the clients. The challenges to find the right home for each different individual buyer keeps me on my toes and it is a great satisfaction when I succeed in finding the right one!
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Be known to as many potential buyers and sellers as possible and once that first step is achieved to have them be loyal to me and my services. Since as independent contractors, Realtors only get paid if and when they close on a property with a loyal client, buyer seller or both. So having my clients loyalty is of utmost importance and THE Challenge. All other challenges are resolved by professionalism, integrity, honesty and hard work.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- When my Seller signed the offer by a buyer for their home and once she had signed she put her head on my shoulder an cried - these should have been tears of joy as the house sold fast and at a price that she wanted so badly, but they were tears of sadness, as this signature meant to her that she will be leaving their first home, when they got married, and where they had their children - She was sad to leave the memory that this house was holding behind and to move on to a bigger home to create new memories. So I realized there is emotion there are feelings in every negotiation and contract, we should recognize and respect as a good Realtor, besides the professional sides of it.
- What is your best characteristic?
- You should ask my clients, but I think my upbeat, fresh, enthusiastic attitude, bright smile and happy disposition, should make working with me an enjoyable experience. Besides all the expertise, professionalism, knowledge and good work.As I always say "I GO THE X-TRA MILE WITH A SMILE FOR YOU"

- As far as my business and my clients are concerned Honesty, loyalty and trust!
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Be healthy and happy Do the best you know how And always be true to yourself!
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Spain or Italy possibly Southern France, for the blue skies, sunshine, good food and pleasant personalities. I love the LOVE OF LIFE....
