Donna and Cheryl are the most professional, dedicated, knowledgeable and hard working women I have ever met. Even when they had to work with an office that was run unethically they still ignored all of that and focused on selling our home and helping us buy our new home with unwavering dedication. Now that they have their own realty office and don't have to deal with unethical co-workers and bosses they are even more dedicated to their clients than ever before. Our house was listed one afternoon and sold the next morning because Cheryl knows how to do her job very well. These two women would not lie or cheat anyone even if they knew how. People without morals, ethics or always wanting service for free can not be pleased so ignore the ramblings of anyone that left negative comments about these two women. Lies are cheap but truth and integrity will sell your home just as h****le free has you can hope. Give them a call. You'll see.

I have had several houses with this agent and every one i have listed and have sold through her has been an exceptional experience. This agent is an excited, motivated, charismatic, and most of all caring individual. It is hard to find a realator with all of these characteristics. Each sale was done with the utmost professionalism. I will not reveal my identity because it would cause conflict in my community and profession i am in. Donna requested a one time showing of our home that is for sale by owner. She requested 5% commission if the house sold even though she did no advertsing or paper work on our part. We objected to this. She also requested that we not place our for sale sign in the yard because she was confident her client would make an offer that day, and if her client did not make the offer Donna would place the sign in the yard. We made frequent phone calls to Donna the day of the showing and the following day to finally learn her client declined the house. Donna stated that she placed the for sale sign in the yard although in fact she did not. We were treated dishonestly and were deliberately mislead. Her coworker Cheryl Degner was also a participant in this ordeal.
