- It's hard to say what an "average" price is in Evanston - the lowest price right now for a 2 bedroom
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I love it. I wake up every morning looking forward to going to work.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Right now it is getting funding. There is still money out there as long as the buyer has a downpayment and good credit. Sort of like the "old days".

- Once I had a home inspector discover quick sand (or quick mud) in a crawl space - we almost lost him!

- Keeping a sense of humor when all about me are losing theirs.

- In real estate, I find Floyd Wickman the most inspiring person I've met along the way.

- Don't buy that right now.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I love Evanston - where I live, but I like travel and wouldn't mind wintering in the south of France.
