- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- Love to work with people and seeing them smiling at the closing table is all it matters to me. Most important thing is to listen to people-to save their (and mine)time. Enjoying negotiating on behalf of my clients-some times funniest things happen. Also part of the job is helping prepare sellers home for marketing-this staging part I do enjoy enormously.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Misinformation in the media about Real Estate current situation.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- Success-no. Interesting-yes,(just wonder what lender and attorneys were doing until minutes before closing). We all were waiting for the buyer( I was a listing agent) at the closing table just to find out from buyers attorney that lender did a last minute check and discovered that buyer might not be the right person since under his name showed 3 different Social Security numbers. That was few years back- today is changed so much that "slicing and dicing" on part of lender takes on average 60+ days to close simple transaction.

- Love to meet new people, very friendly, outgoing ,detail oriented and like to stage property for sale.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- Honesty-always be honest-buying or selling home is one of the biggest life investments -the only way to help clients the right way is to make sure that they are informed in every way possible about transaction.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- If you want to get it right-do it your self!
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- After harsh winters in Chicago,warm climate like Florida or Hawaii sounds pretty good.
