We worked with John on purchase of new home in the summer 2008; we found him through a local community real estate course on buying/selling homes. He was an average real agent. The top homes in which we were interested we found ourselves online and requested he get us appointments to visit. He didn't provide much value in finding homes other than giving access to the MLS online and telling us to mark which ones we wanted to see. The home we eventually purchased we found ourselves (not part of his MLS query) and negotiated through him. John's role was really the go between and didn't offer much in the process. On the positive side, he was organized when taking us to see homes; we went out with him a few times to find a home. We found that our real estate attorney was our best asset during the negotiation and closing process. After closing which John attended to receive his check, we never heard from him again, no card, no thank you, nothing.

Kris was everything and more than we could have expected from a realtor. Always prepared, professional we knew he was on our side and had our interested in mind. In the end, it was a success & we thank you so much for your help ."JMC
