What is the average home price in your market?: In 2010, Downers Grove Average Sales Prices is approximately $350,000.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I enjoy all of the people I have met and assisted over the years.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: I would say in our current market the challenges are the declining prices, ever changing financing options, appraisal issues and helping people stay in their homes.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: Last year I was referred to a seller who had been on the market for three years. I listened to what their goals were, re-evaluated the market for them, listed their home and sold it in 8 days. They were ecstatic!
What is your best characteristic?: Compassion. I try to be understanding for all situations and help the best I can.
Who or what inspires you the most?: Definitely my family.
What is the best advice you ever received?: Be the best that you can be and people will see you for who you really are.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: In Florida overlooking the ocean.
