I was in the process of buying a home listed by JP. I should have saved myself the agony & walked away at the first sign of delay. It took him 2 weeks to figure out where our paperwork was -then tried to lie & blame the bank for the delay (fax date stamp showed these were signed a day later). He dragged his feet on getting utilities turned on for an inspection, lied & said we could proceed - only to delay us another week when they weren't. He then resorted to bullying, yelling at me & my agent for his own mistakes. He did EVERYTHING in his power to delay the closing, incurring fines for me. 6weeks for an inspection?? He avoided my agent's calls, emails, etc. The few calls & emails he returned were dripping with sarcasm, rudeness &lies. He frustrated me to the point that after speaking to /him via my attorney, I walked away from the deal. He has no concept of how to treat ppl. He should not BE in this business.

I was the buyer in a transaction wherein Pragit was the seller's agent. Pragit took every opportunity to stall the transaction. He was extremely unprofessional and downright rude, would not relay messages in time to the seller, and basically did everything in his power to stall the sale as much as he could, to the point where I decided to walk away. Sellers, if you are truly interested in selling your property, DO NOT hire this "agent".
