Currently, banks are taking a little longer than before in completing the financing of a purchase.

I have for the most part worked with first time home buyers and I know exactly when they find the property that they will purchase without the client telling me.

I'm detailed, fun, creative and energetic.

Who or what inspires you the most?
Knowing that my clients and I will sit together at the closing table.

What is the best advice you ever received?
Look beyond the excitement of the purchase in order to avoid overlooking important details of the transaction in mind.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I would never leave Chicago but I would love to purchase a property where I would spend the colder part of winters in Chicago.
