My name is Paul, I am an agent with Crown Heights Realty. Buying, Selling, or Renting should be an exciting time for you. It should not be something that you avoid doing. I do my best to make sure that your experience is not only enjoyable, but stress free. My experience of working with clients, as well as running a development company allows me to be a tremendous asset to you. Furthermore, my degree in Finance allows me to accurately understand the financial and mortgage markets which helps make real estate tick.
I enjoy working with clients everyday. This means I am available all the time, whether it is a night, weekend or even a Holiday. I also make myself available to you throughout the entire transaction. From the first time I speak with you to after the closing, I am here to assist you at every step.

"Paul,
We want to Thank You for your assistance in leading us to our perfect home!
Paul did what was best for us the entire time, showed us patience, and commitment during the very long process from searching for the perfect location to closing. Paul earned our trust and friendship by not being eager to make a sale, but by making sure we came out of our experience with the best possible result.
If you are looking for an agent with amazing industry knowledge, patience, and commitment to you, Paul has our 100% recommendation!
Thanks again, Paul!
Jonathan and Christine"

"Great agent to work with. He was very patient with me, even though I kept changing my mind. He knew buildings extremely well and could tell me sales and ammenity info off the top of his head. He kept me up to date and it never took him longer than an hour to return a phone call.
His office was great too and they would offer me coffee or tea everytime I was there. "
Response: "Thanks Mike, Hope you are enjoying your place. It was a pleasure working with you!"

What year did you become a real estate agent?
2007
How many years have you been in Real Estate?
3
What is the average home price in your market?
It varies from the low 200's upwards. In the downtown market, we have everything.
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
There are many new developments that offer an amazing opportunity for buyers. Trump Tower is just one where prices have dropped to 2003 prices.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy being an agent because I get to do what I love everyday. I love working with people, negotiating deals, and looking at property. This is why, even in a difficult market for agents, I have chosen to continue in the business.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
My biggest challenge, which is the same with all agents, is obtaining clients. Once I am working with a client I am confident I can exceed their expectations. The second most challenging issue as an agent is either getting that lockbox open or getting in contact with another agent. The one thing I have learned about this business is that not everyone has the same passion for the business as I do. When it becomes crunch time, it is sometimes difficult to get other agents to be as dilligent and responsive as I am.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
One of my favorite clients to work with was a group of young guys buying a home together. A couple were going into the military and wanted an investment back home so when they came back they would have something more than their savings. It took us a while to find the perfect place, but throughout the process what I enjoyed most was educating them on the process. They were not even out of college yet, one just starting, so their questions were very basic. However, to see their knowledge grow over the life of the deal was great. I am thrilled that as they are serving our country they have a home back here that is producing them income and waiting for them when they come home.
What is your best characteristic?
I am a great listener and I am easy going. This means I will listen to what you are saying and feeling to find your true needs. Also, because I am easy going I will never rush you. Remember, I love what I do.
Who or what inspires you the most?
I would have to say my grandparents. They immigated from the Ukraine in the 40's and worked for a year in fields. After that year of work they bought their own home and sent my mother through college and even bought her a car after graduation. Both of them had factory jobs. They are my true inspiration.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Love what you do and Do what you love.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I love to vacation all over the world, but I want to live where I feel at home. I have never felt more at home than in Chicago. I could not imagine myself living anywhere else.
