Our experience w/ her was horrible, she is like a cougar hunting for fresh meat ewww. She is like an old lady, and the whole tome my husband was fleeing her off as if she was a fly and still did not get the picture. So she offered to sleep w/ my husband behind my back to get a lower price on the property and claimed it was a joke later on when I confronted her. She is nothing but a disgusting old lady, who has nothing better to do then sleep w/ her customers. My husband was like this lady is crazy and I am not going to get her ever again. She is such a stalker to the point where my husband had to change his number, and email address for her to leave us alone and not be able to find us.

I would strongly recommend Ifeta and her assosciates if you're looking to buy a new home. She really works hard to find the right property not just any place. In my case there were credit issues and she and her staff worked for over a year through many setbacks caused by that issue. I believe many people would have given up a couple of months into it, but she stayed with me through it all and finally helped me purchase my 1st condo. And on the day of the closing she even gave up a percentage of her commission to bring down some of my costs. She is very good at what she does because she truly enjoys her job and I believe gets a lot of satisfaction from the joy and happiness she brings to her clients. But don't take it from me find out for yourself.

This was my first time buying property of this nature and Dorian was GREAT with keeping my interest in mind, responding to my calls in a timely manner and even suggesting classes that were very helpful as a new landlord. Let me explain why you want Dorian on your team. I'm the kind of person who does his own research beforehand when looking to purchase property. Plenty of other realtors, when presented with my "homework", ask me "how much do you want to spend?" - wrong answer. That completely disregards the effort I put forth as a client. Not with Dorian. He always had my interests first. Plenty of times, in less than 6 hours after finding a property of interest, Dorian and I were doing a walkthrough. REAL customer service. Always on his "A" game. Stella represents a very charming building only blocks away from Navy Pier, Millenium Park and Northwestern Medical School, where I had a summer internship as a medical student. My entire experience with her was terrible. We agreed upon the price of 1200, then she tried to move it to 1300, then 1450, after I had already committed to staying here and no where else. She was very hard to get a hold of, then she would accuse me of not getting back to her (even though I always promptly did). Even though we worked it out and agreed the price was 1200, she changed the paperwork to say 1300. When I came to get my keys, she left off the mail key because she didn't think I would need it. She would sometimes show the apartment (which was fine) but always left the balcony door open without a screen, and bugs would invade my tiny studio. I had to cut my stay one month short, and I discussed this with Stella and she said that asking the landlords for a one month refund was a possibility. After I sent my request to the landlords, using phrases like "please consider" and "would really help me out." I get an email from her accusing me of being a shameful liar that didn't even make any sense. Honestly, the place was lovely, but I am so happy to be done with this awful woman.
