Be aware he will have you fill out official tax forms and promise you that you will be presented a check on a specific day if you are in fact moved out and the home looks good... Beware he will not return your calls and will confirm with the neighbors that you have moved and then will come and change the locks in the darkness of night. He is a true scam artist preying upon the already troubled. Stranger still was when the excuses started coming in. "I've got deals with XRT, Free Cubs Tickets, www.findingthegold.com, etc... just stick with me, and I'll make that money".
Almost a year later and only half the balance was paid off, and the site has been live for nearly all of that year (making him money).
Calls are ignored. When threats to deactivate site come by email, he calls and in some way turns the conversation to being about him, and how bad I should feel for him, and how great of a guy he is.
Then, due to the economy, I offered Eric a sales position for my company. He ended up coming in, demanded free work for FRG, and then turned my Partner on me. Now, my partner has quit and is working for this guy, I'm out $2,500, and he had my developer hack my server to reactivate his site. "

She has horrible follow-up skills, and is only out for herself. I was once told to look out for that one developer, and Vee is just that. She's out to make herself a dime, period. She trips over her own words, and wont stop talking when you converse with her.
My advice? ADVOID her like the plague!
