You can call any carpenter, general contractor or sub or construction company get an estimate go buy your materials from home depot or where you choose and have this work done for under $40,000. Also report this dude to the State of Illinois IDFPR.GOV or .ORG office of professional real estate write a letter. He gets the properties from fannie mae foreclosures and gets two mexicans werk them over and jacks up the price and sells the old now fixed up property back to the Black people in the 60619,60620,60643 areas while he stays in the all white areas of chicago like oak lawn, lemont, lincoln park etc. SEGREGATED Areas that is. I've got four houses rehabbed them using Vince Allegro carpentry services and sold them dirt cheap with a full disclosure of what I paid for each house out of foreclosure, the costs to rehab, the rehab job and materials used and done to the house and what the profit margin I was making.
