I have been living in a property managed by UAS for the past 3 years. I have had problems getting them to fulfill service requests on a timely basis. Contact the office staff is sometimes nearly impossible. Recently, I was on hold for 20 minutes 2x, the phone cut-off when I did get someone, so I faxed them and e-mailed them (four people), only to get absolutely no response from anyone. Very unprofessional. They need to work on their service skills - immediately! As far as payment processing, I do appreciate being able to pay my rent online or by phone. That has worked out well. I also like that they send me statements. They really need to tighten their organization.

This guy tells his staff to tell you what ever it takes to get your money. They do not take in consideration that people work hard for their money

UAS Properties began managing the building at 6059 South Sacramento, November 2008. They will harrass you with an automated system if your rent is not paid on time, but the phones and email systems are always down and not working when you try and talk with someone in the office. The tenants have contacted the City of Chicago Emergency service (311) several times, inorder to have the appartments heated properly, trash picked-up, maintenance requests completed and snow removed. In order to have anything accomplished it is best to visit the office in person and talk with workers in the office. They are some what unproffessional, but usually respond quicker to requests when you talk to them in person.

I live at 228 East 55th and its has been 6 days now without running water nor any hot water. I recently found out that the electric bill is $400 dollars passed due and the power in the whole building is OUT you have not responsed I have been to the office on 12/3 and 12/4 still you and your staff have giving me the run around and has put my family in danger. What ARE YOU GOING TO DO??????????????
