Do your homework! This guy is a FRAUD!!!! TOTAL scam Artist! He conned me out of plenty of $$$$$. I worked too hard for the money I will never get back. I now found out he has scammed before. Please do your homework before going with any agent. Never trust this jerk with any of your business!
