Dennis never keeps his word, cuts corners in the building process which results in endless problems that he denies and never fixes. I am sorry I ever bought from him and am still paying the price. This man has no ethics whatsoever.

I can't speak for all properties owned and managed by dennis, but can surely attest to the condition of his shopping center in Fort Myers, FL. The Riverdale Center has many, many maintenance issues, and dennis continues to avoid and ignore tenants' legitimate complaints, however continues to charge CAM fees. The building has leaks, missing gutters, boarded windows, bad paint, weeds, dirt and trash littered walkways, etc. The lot has missing and broken lighting, graffiti, broken glass, weed and trash filled planting beds, junk lying around, broken and missing curbing, etc. DO NOT RENT FROM "little dennis" (richden company) for he is just in it for the money and has no honorable intentions.
