i have been renting from john krenger for 18 yrs actually a bussiness and a residential unit and i can honestly say that he is the best landlord yhat you can find,he is considerat and from my own experience works with the tenant,and his properties are below market value

I have been here almost three years. my oven still had oven cleaner in it, and I have not been able to clean it well enough to use it. it smokes up. I stopped using it. My fridge was turning off periodically, sent pics to Krenger, but it took three angry phonecalls and emails before they fixed it. Apparently even with groceries going bad, they did not consider it an emergency. My ceiling leaked after every heavy rain, right through my electrical ceiling fan, they were not concerned enough to consider it an emergency, so if it happened on the weekend i was screwed. Happened several times. The last time, yellow water leaked in from roof top. I cannot take a bath because when i pull out stopper, water comes out and spills over my bathroom floor. They have attempted to fix this twice, still no good. Now I am sitting hear waiting to hear form serivce. i've called twice tonight because I have not water. It is frozen even though i left heat on high all day and left all faucets on

I am from out of state and have been wanting one of their apartments for months. The moment it became available, I rushed to complete and send the other forms. The first show date wasn't until Wednesday, so I mailed the money order for the administration fee on Monday. However, they gave the apartment to someone else on Wednesday. Why? Because they received their money first (my money order arrived the next day). There's nothing else to it. They admitted on the phone that the money matters before everything else. They are inconsiderate, indifferent, greedy jerks.
