david buy a previous house with Dante Hall and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Dante Hall is a slumlord who rents out apartments in buildings that are under foreclosure. He does not maintain his properties and allows building code violations to go unaddressed. He cannot be trusted and everything he ever said was not true. If you like to cut your own gr****, shovel your own snow, and have to walk around the block to empty your garbage because you cannot get to the alley from the back gate due to the snow not being plowed, live in an apartment with growing mold and mildew on the walls, have leaking roofs, then this is the slumlord to rent from.
