I never received follow ups regarding showings, traffic, etc. In order to get information I would have to call him and he would NEVER answer his phone. Then about a week later he'll send you an e-mail on the status from your voicemail. I've had showings at my place when I was there and was never contacted by Kevin. My neighbors have confirmed that when I was told that there was an open house taken place there in fact wasn't. I've sold a couple of places with different realtors and have had great experiences with boht of them. Believe me when I say stear away from utilizing Kevin and his team. The follow ups, level of continued service, honesty, etc is beyond poor. Believe me when I say, stear away form utilizing him as your realtor.

To be honest, I've never this agent to buy/rent/sell. However, I know of him and how he treats people (his employees). He is very untrustworthy. Most of all, I agree that he will do anything to benefit himself at the expense of others. I will not use his services in the future. I also will not recommend his services to others.

He is untrustworthly, will say anything to get a sale, and has poor organizational skills. Most of all, he will do anything to benefit himself at the expense of others.
