I invested with Seth Harris and SMH development over 3 years ago. 1 1/2 years ago I tried to get my money back when my notes came due. He has since disappeared and refuses to pay me back. I was originally promised a hefty return for a short term investment. (ponzi?) We own a house on Dayton. We worked diligently with Seth (when he finally responded) and his Trixies to compromise on the size of his tasteless McMansion next door to our house. The only thing worse than having an awful McMansion next door is having an awful McMansion next door in foreclosure. Seth has disappeared and is allegedly living with his mother-in-law. Not even the alderman can find him. We hope he will go to jail. He has NOT made the IRS happy. He has definitely NOT made his neighbors happy. He is a VERY fat asshole.
