Karen’s business philosophy is simple yet carefully focused: every aspect of her business is conducted for her clients’ benefit and peace of mind. Karen Patton’s professional experience includes decades of customer serviced-oriented positions which served her well when she transitioned into real estate. Karen focuses on the real estate needs of residents in the Streeterville and Gold Coast neighborhoods. Her clients are happily settled in highrises and townhomes throughout these two neighborhoods. Karen was also an advertising and sales promotion copywriter for companies including Hallmark, Macy’s, Anheuser-Busch and Ralston-Purina. It was here that she cultivated her marketing skills and the ability to successfully meet deadlines. In her spare time, Karen enjoys walking her Pomeranian rescue Emma through her Streeterville neighborhood. She travels frequently to the San Francisco Bay Area to visit friends and take in the scenery of the beautiful Napa Valley.
