She began her career seven years ago and specializes in sales, management, commercial properties, and the management of rehab projects. Mitrick has earned her ABR and CNE designations and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Illinois, where she graduated with honors and distinction. Currently serving as the President of the Women's Council of Realtors for the Chicago chapter, she was also named one of Chicago's Who's Who in Chicago Agent Magazine's 2008 Power House issue.

- I'm all about honesty. Sometimes it's tough being honest with people when you have to tell them bad news like they lost $50,000 in equity. That's never an easy thing to do.
