I rented a parking space over the phone with this agent and he told me we would sign the lease when I returned from my three day trip to New York City. When I returned I found a note on my car from him saying "according to my records I own this space, please call me." He then lied and said he called me while I was away and I didn't return the phone call so he signed a lease with someone else. I had my phone on me the entire trip and he definitely didn't call, let alone leave a message. He just found someone else he wanted to rent the spot to and so ignored our agreement. If this is the way he does business, I definitely wouldn't want him selling or renting me something larger like an apartment.
