I've worked with fake Marlene. She is condenscending, throws tantrums, and when she YELLS and talks disrespectfully to you and you bark back and/or walk away from her, she runs away with her devil tail between her legs, and talks about you to any that will listen. Marlene NEVER speaks that way to her "wealthy" clients, yet treats support staff and most fellow and newer agents like they are below her, despite the fact that we are true professionals and have worked for clients at all price points, since money is not everything to us like it is to her. Marlene, to gain more buyers and agents that want to work with you, you should take your nose out of the air, and give respect to all, like you do with your wealthy clients. Marlene's printed materials show her ranked as the #1 Re/Max Chicago agent. There are only a handful of Re/Max Chicago offices, so it's not hard to be in the top. Top producing suburban Re/Max agents run circles around you and show respect and professionalism to all.
