In the spirit of transparency, I will disclose that I do anticipate moving forward and making an offer as early as Monday (barring something unforeseen in the next couple days). As you expected, I ruled out 2651 Magnolia due to Steven's insistence to move off a price that neither reflects the home's market value nor current market conditions. However, there are still at least two other properties I had been very seriously considering through the weekend. At this point, I have put the informal negotiations with the other agents on hold and intend to at least make an offer on 2625 Seminary. Irregardless of the outcome, I would like to reiterate that it has been a pleasure dealing with you thus far during this process.
