An all around great person...

Mrs. Danielle is a great person to work with. At the time that I was looking for a home I had just lost my mom & had to take in my 2 nefews, that ment that I need more space. DREAM HOME

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love the freedom, flexibility and lifestyle of being a Realtor. More importantly, I enjoy meeting so many different people on a daily basis and assisting them in accomplishing their goals whether it involves a purchase, sale, rental or anything else.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The most challenging issue about being a Real Estate Professional is maintaining a winning can-do attitude. So many people want to spend time talking about how bad the market is...I say, let's focus on what we CAN do to turn things around!
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Wow...only one story..hmmm. I just helped a good friend of mine close on a rental that had actually expired! I was able to get in touch with the owner, negotiate the rental and best of all, my client has an option to buy the property for 12 months!

Passionate. Dependable. Motivated.
Who or what inspires you the most?
God, my grandmother and my mom.
What is the best advice you ever received?
If you want what you have never had, you must do what has never been done.
