first off, Mr. Frank does more for the south side than any other fools on here statting there nonsense. If he that bad how come our house dont have allt hese troubles too.

This flipper dude who's caucasion or caucasian race comes to steal and rob you african americans black people. #1 you should report him to the www.IDFPR.ORG or .GOV State of Illinois Office of Banks and Real Estate Professionals #2 you can buy those homes he bought out of foreclosure through homepath fannie mae for like $39K, $29K, $49K foreclosures of homes over 40/50years old bungalows, ranch and georgian style homes its open to the public to buy #3 Chatham was an area that did not allow caucasians and nobody to come in and swoop up all the properties fix em up and re-sell them back to Black people #4 He puts only $25,000 to maybe $50,000 of rehab labor and materials usually cheap quality you can buy yourself at home depot if you buy in bulk you can get discounts on cabinetry, drywall, lumber 2x4's etc #5 its illegal to keep people who contract to buy and cancels earnest money or any money you should contact your lawyer go to the daley center 50 w washington and file a small claims prose' lawsuit against the dude #6 Jimenez can do carpentry rehab work the same work he is doing to flip the property. He just did a kitchen and bath, put up new drywall, molding trim, hardwood floors, opened the basement to easy go upstairs for like $45,000. I purchased my own cabinetry furniture, green, and supplies some on sale too #7 he has a guy named anthony who werks with this oak place remember your being taken for a ride" His house is paid for off the profits made from selling you a foreclosure flip so if the $189K,$179K,$169K price tags are inflated its because "you see a fool bump his head" and #8 call your family, friends, local carpenters, contractors, who don't have alchohal and drug problems hopefully they all over chicago and get estimates for rehab or rebuilding a structure its not hard you just got to get up and do and stop being lazy Stop paying his mortgage and car notes where he lives black people don't live cause its still segregated!! Frank Montro Flipper

They call this white guy flipper on the south side of Chicago. Some even said his 2013 slave anthony is just as worse being black and this dam devil. Buyers Beware!!! Buyers Beware!!! Black People Beware!!! This guy is a devil dressed in his dog mean wolf clothes. You can call any carpenter, general contractor or sub or construction company get an estimate go buy your materials from home depot or where you choose and have this work done for under $40,000. Also report this dude to the State of Illinois IDFPR.GOV or .ORG office of professional real estate write a letter. He gets the properties from fannie mae foreclosures and gets two mexicans werk them over and jacks up the price and sells the old now fixed up property back to the Black people in the 60619,60620,60643 areas while he stays in the all white areas of chicago like oak lawn, lemont, lincoln park etc. SEGREGATED Areas that is. I've got four houses rehabbed them using Vince Allegro carpentry services and sold them dirt cheap with a full disclosure of what I paid for each house out of foreclosure, the costs to rehab, the rehab job and materials used and done to the house and what the profit margin I was making. Three of them have sold with no problems and if there was just knocked off more money from the price of the houses. I kept one of them to live in. Its not hard its just work. Buyers Beware!!! Buyers Beware!!! Buyers Beware!!! we got another jim crow white boy roaming the area's of the south and west side's of Chicago ready to take black people for yet another stupid ride.

close on house, 90 days later walls have to come down, pluming is terrible. make sure you check for pluming and electric and double check, on inspection day.

Poor Service, poor people

Very unhappy, this guy does nothing but eat his profits up, drives around claiming he is the king south dirty, ya he is dirty, he don't even stand by his verbal agreements, Montro verbal agreements is as good as a signed contract fat boy!

We bought a house and this FRANK guy never paid the credit repair firm the money he owed when he asked them for a discount. The home is poor built and poor renovated. DO not buy from Frank Montro.

Bad Business Practices and Unprofessionalism at it

My wife and I had a contract on an Oak Realty property located at 7741 s. Crandon. This first issue was The "new rehab" had quite a bit of issues and every time something was fixed; something else was broken. We still tried to be optimistic and had every intention in moving forward until the day of closing when their lawyer Mr. Avrum Reifer decided he was going to refuse to comply with the contract and amendments and insult both me and my wife as well as our attorney by being condescending , rude, and borderline racist. After 3 hours nothing was resolved and we had no choice but to walk away. This is close to my worst human interaction in life. Our lawyer could not get in contact with Mr. Reifer throughout the whole process and apparently he could only be contacted via fax and his assistant whom is not a lawyer does the majority of his job because according to him he "is not good with details". I spoke to Mr. Montro's office several times to get our earnest money back and they kept delaying the process. At the same time he sends our agent new listings for us to see as if we really want to do business again after all of this mess. Finally after 4 weeks of follow ups, Frank Montro himself calls me and he says "I will get your earnest money back to you" and sure enough it has not happened and he tells our agent let the lawyers deal with it. How? Our lawyer is yet to even get a phone number on this guy. After all the money, time and energy wasted throughout this process they're going to try to keep our earnest money after we have been fouled by none other than people he does business with?

bad work on new renoations

I purchase a home and had to tear out the walls after I closed because montro group at oak realty used bad plumbers and electricians. They hide problems and do great exterior work to fool clients, don't buy from them They told me to take them to court after I informed them of the problems with my attorney

I have used Frank and his office for buying and selling property and give high marks to him and his office ,I am not the highest guy on the toden pole and do a lot of my own sourcing of purchases of rehab homes , Frank is an extremenly busy guy starting some mornings at 3am ,this is not a business of holding hands and Frank won't hold yours(Rich) but will make sure that buyers get a very good home and agents come back with new buyers as Oak Realty and Frank Montro and Reginald do have a very good reputation in the market place
