Tracy was aweful. From not being up front about being a double-agent (selling ours and rep'ing the buyer), to negotiating with me on the phone while the buyer was in her office, to only showing the property to buyers she repp'd so she could get double commissions, to cutting the check to us using our initials instead of our legal names, to kiting said check off of her business checking account rather than an escrow account, to generally stinking it up as a realtor, customer service person, and human being...everything about dealing with Tracy was bad.
